DETHRONE is a live attention market. One X account owns the #1 spot. Anyone can pay the current price and take the attention from whoever holds it.

The idea

X is already a war for attention. DETHRONE turns that war into a simple, measurable market with exactly one winning position.

Advertising asks people to look at you. DETHRONE gives people a reason to look at you: you publicly took the #1 spot from someone else. That event creates curiosity, profile clicks, a loser with revenge credit, and a story both accounts are now part of. Attention compounds through conflict.

How it works

1. See who currently owns #1 and what it costs to remove them.
2. Pay the current dethrone price—or set a higher opening reserve in the same one-time Checkout. Your X identity takes the spot instantly and publicly.
3. Every profile link on the site now routes to your X profile — and every visit is counted. Your reign can also promote one of your own posts as The Ruler's Decree, with every click counted too.
4. The takeover is announced. The previous ruler banks 20% revenge credit and a reason to return.
5. While you rule, you can Fortify Your Reign by prepaying additional placement spend. That raises the dethrone price and restarts its two-hour hold.
6. After the hold, the price falls 2% per hour. Eventually, someone comes for you.

What makes it honest

Every number on this site is real and first-party. Profile visits are measured by us, on our own outbound links, deduplicated and bot-filtered. Every reign, price, and takeover is permanent public record. There are no simulated players, no fake urgency, and no hidden mechanics — the entire price formula is published in the rules.

Why the price falls

Most auction products only ratchet up until nobody plays. Here, every hour you survive makes you a cheaper target. Long reigns become bargains, cheap-shot dethronements become content, and the market never freezes. You are never safe at #1 — that's the point of the game and the source of the attention.

Status

DETHRONE is live and Season 1 is underway. Reigns form a public record, subject to correction or removal required by law, safety, platform policy, or the Terms. Takeovers and optional fortifications are paid only through a live Stripe Checkout.
